VH1 has provided us with some top-notch reality TV over the years. We know VH1 can give the goods whether it’s the Love & Hip Hop series, the numerous dating competition shows, or the celebrity-filled The Surreal Life. But what have the VH1 reality stars that we love been up to since they first appeared on our screens? While others have experienced quite substantial problems, some have progressed to bigger things. Schatar Taylor, also known as Hottie, was one of those women in the first season of the show. Adrianne Curry has a long history in reality television. The winner of America’s Next Top Model’s inaugural season went on to star in VH1’s The Surreal Life. Curry met actor Christopher Knight there, and the two later starred together in the reality series My Fair Brady.

In the 1990s, producer Stevie J enjoyed great success in the music industry. In 2012, he joined the cast of the reality series Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta. The star’s tumultuous love life, including his romance with rapper Joseline Hernandez, was made public by the show.

Before debuting on television, this larger-than-life reality star was charged with severe crimes but avoided going to jail. Raquel and Anthony were both raised by Angela Raiola. Sadly, the reality star died in 2016 from pneumonia and lung cancer.

Do you still think of Chrissy Lampkin as the spark that started the entire Love & Hip Hop franchise? The mother of Lampkin’s husband, rapper Jim Jones, is Mama Jones, also known as Nancy Jones. She may be seen in Chrissy & Mr. Jones and Love & Hip Hop: New York.

Funny enough, Mama Jones has a diss song about Chrissy Lampkin since she doesn’t like her. Over the years, Nancy Jones has made multiple cameos on the series as well as in other reality shows.

Let’s talk about Sister Patterson when we’re talking about controlling mothers. Incredibly, Sister Patterson is Tiffany Pollard’s mother despite being referred to as “Sister” in the VH1 reality series I Love New York. She made an appearance in every spin-off produced by her daughter, including New York Goes to Hollywood and New York Goes to Work.

And finally, we get up with Nick Hogan, the son of Hulk Hogan. Nick co-starred in the VH1 series Hogan Knows Best and its offshoot Brooke Knows Best with his dad and sister. In 2008, a car accident that left a young Hogan’s friend critically injured led to his imprisonment.

After being released from felony probation in 2012, Nick Hogan became the first male celebrity to be singled out in the 2014 celebrity photo leaks. Since then, the celebrity has put out his own music and is active on Instagram.

On Love & Hip Hop: New York’s third season, Joe Budden made an appearance. One of the most popular reality shows on television, the show centers on the lives of hip-hop artists, producers, and managers. Budden was already a well-known rapper when he first made an appearance.
