Virginia Williams – Leah Ramsey
Actress Virginia Williams earned a bachelor’s degree in theatre performance from Fordham University and went on to study Shakespeare at Oxford University and the British American Drama Academy in London. She has some impressive credentials, so she’s more than just a pretty face and starlet. In 1995, Williams made her big-screen debut in the long-running soap opera One Life to Live. She was cast as Leah Ramsey in a guest role on NCIS. She was most recently seen in the reboot of Full House, Fuller House, as C.J., Steve’s love interest.

Brigid Brannagh – Catherine Reynolds
Brigid Brannagh appeared in only one episode of NCIS as Catherine Reynolds when Gibbs and Kate met her at a mental hospital where she was admitted. She was a suspect until she was killed off at the end of the episode! Brigid has an impressive resume as an actress, having appeared in several other shows such as CSI and Legacy. Pamela Moran, a recurring character on Army Wives for six seasons, was one of her most well-known roles. She was most recently seen in the Hallmark film Crush on You and the independent film Not That Funny.
