Rocky Carroll – Keith Wilkes
Rocky Carroll is an American actor and director who has played Joey Emerson on Roc, Dr. Keith Wilkes in Chicago Hope, and the top boss in NCIS, NCIS: Los Angeles, and NCIS: New Orleans. Rocky has now appeared in over 300 episodes of NCIS as Leon Vance, the organization’s Director. Even though he is the place’s leader, he has gradually become a member of the team. Carroll claims that he thought he’d only be on the show for two seasons, but he’s now on his 15th!

Stephanie Mello – Cynthia Summer
Stephanie Mello appeared in the film Co-incidence before joining the cast of NCIS, and she also had a recurring role in the teen drama Growing Pains. Cynthia Sumner, an MTAC Tech who was introduced in the third season of NCIS, was played by Mello. She rose through the ranks to become Director Shepard’s assistant, but her relationship with Gibbs was strained. Mello’s character mysteriously vanished by season 5, and she never explained why she left the show so abruptly. She has since moved on to doing bit parts in other TV shows and is rarely seen.
