When Jacqueline Obradors made a three-episode guest appearance on NCIS, she was already well-known in the industry for her roles in Six Days, Seven Nights, NYPD Blue, and A Man Apart, as well as voice work in Atlantis: The Lost Empire. Paloma Reynosa, an unlikely narcotics cartel ringleader, was her character! She kept the NCIS team on their toes and kept them one step ahead of them until Paloma was murdered by her brother!

Claudia Black, like many other Australian artists, began her career in the Australian soap opera Home and Away. She rose to fame after appearing in several seasons of Farscape and Stargate SG-1. She then made a guest appearance on NCIS as a tattooed, bike-riding narcotics dealer in an episode. She is currently working on voice-over projects for video games such as Call of Duty and animated shows such as Rick and Morty.
