Ray Davies – $12 million
The Kinks’ guitarist and songwriter was this English musician who was born in the 1960s. Ray Davies is widely regarded as the “godfather” of British pop music! In 1964, the band signed a recording contract with Columbia Records. This is the first time in a long time that you’ve been in the limelight. Because of his success, he was the leader of the band and was not afraid to experiment with their sound. The Kinks disbanded in the late 1990s, prompting him to pursue an independent musical career instead.
Paul Westerberg – $9 million
In the 1980s, Paul Westerberg was a member of the alt-rock band The Replacements, which released the album The Replacements. Following their performance, he followed the sound of the music until he was able to convince them to let him in. After Westerberg informed him that the other members of the band were planning to kick him out, the lead singer reportedly left! However, despite the fact that we believe this is unethical, the band has had tremendous success with him. When the band was disbanded, he went on to pursue a solo musical career.
