In addition to a successful solo career, John Fogerty was an integral member of Creedence Clearwater Revival, which he formed with his brother Tom, Doug Clifford, and Stu Cook in the early 1970s. His other accomplishments include appearing in thirty films, writing a number of books, and being an activist for opioid control and biofuel use.
